Insurance
Our
comprehensive travel and medical policy is arranged through
Blue Insurance and AXA Assistance. The
cover includes:
- 24 hour Emergency Assistance Service
- Loss of Deposit or Cancellation
- Medical and Hospital Benefit
- Personal Accident
- Travel Delay and Missed Departure
- Personal Baggage (item limit £200)
The cost
of insurance is:
£20 per adult under 65
£30 per adult over 65
An excess
of £65 applies in the event of some claims, but may be
waived by the payment of a separate fee of £8. The
full Terms & Conditions are detailed on the policy document
which will accompany your confirmation of booking.
Shop
& Facilities
On-site
you will find a small shop in addition to the shower/toilet facilities
and will benefit from the exclusive services of a DreamLake
Bailiff. Should
you wish, your P&O Ferry or EuroTunnel crossing, equipment
hire, travel insurance, bait, and breakfast/evening meals can be
arranged for you prior to departure.
Complementing the services available,
and located at the DreamLake Lodge (adjacent to DL2) is our
air-conditioned Restaurant, Shop and Tackle Hire Centre, payphone
and TV, as well as further shower/toilet facilities. Rods,
reels, bedchairs, mats, nets and buzzers are all available
for hire prior to departure whilst bait, leads, marker floats,
braid, hooklinks and a wide range of other useful tackle items
are stocked on-site.
In addition you will find confectionery,
beers, wine, phone cards, aspirin, Coleman fuel/gas, batteries,
films and various other sundry items including our top quality DreamLake
T-shirts, sweat-shirts and caps.
Bailiffs
Finally,
our trained Bailiffs are there to ensure the success of your DreamLake
holiday. All
are skilful anglers and possess a wealth of angling experience.
They are happy to help and pleased to offer guidance and assistance. Please
make sure that you take advantage of their knowledge and make your
DreamLake holiday a ‘dream come true’.
Bait
For the best results from your holiday I strongly recommend our DreamLake
Specials. They are used every week and are more than just an attractive
bait... they are also part of the carps' staple diet and as a result are
not treated with suspicion.
We have proved week after week that the more anglers who use DreamLake Specials,
the better the overall results. You are only there for one week at a time,
so don't leave anything to chance!

All equipment hire must be arranged
and paid for prior to departure. A refundable hire deposit
of £25 per item is required. Damage incurred may result
in the loss of some or all of the hire deposit.
Passports
& Travel Times
All British holidaymakers
should ensure that they hold a Full Ten Year British Passport
with a validity of at least 3 months beyond the travel date.
Non British subjects should consult their Embassy for information
on possible Visa requirements.

& EuroTunnel Crossing Timetable
Ferry check-in time: 60mins.
Ferry crossing time is approx. 75mins.
EuroTunnel check-in time: 45mins.
EuroTunnel crossing time is approx. 35mins.
Journey time from Calais to DreamLakes is approximately
4hrs. DreamLake arrivals and departures are at 07.00hrs each
Saturday. Travel should be arranged accordingly.
