Topography
85 yards onto bar as it goes towards the spit end - 3 feet on top of bar, bits of weed coming into gully & coming off the bar - 7 feet depth. Weedbeds and silt beds from 30 to 75 yards. Gravel spots in between weed, generally 6 feet deep.

Hotspots/Distance/Direction
Onto the bar 4 yards from the end of the spit. 3 feet of water at the spot, clean gravel. Aim towards the 6th swim up, 72 yards, silty bed - 6 feet depth. Straight in front, 60 yards, gravel plateau with quite heavy weed both in front and behind - 5.5 feet depth.

Tips/Observations
Watch for the fish coming both up the bar and around the spit. Fish the bait to the 60 yard spot. Good cat swim.
