DreamLake 1, Kingfishers

Topography
The spit is the obvious feature but don't ignore the tree to your right and the gravel spot in line with the gap in the trees. You have numerous silt and gravel areas and also a clay patch 40 yds out in 8 feet of water. Depth at the spit is 2-3 feet and goes steadily down to 8 feet. Depths vary, with 7 to 8 feet being the norm.

Hotspots/Distance/Direction
LHR is the rod that I fish hard over to the spit approx 1 yard from the bank in 3 feet of water. MR straight out to 55 yards where you will find a silt area in 8 feet of water.
RHR is the rod that I tend to move about depending on the fish movement. I usually fish it a rod length off the tree to you right in 6 feet depth or I fish it over to the spit in line with the reeds at 2 yards from the bank in 4 feet of water.

Tips/Observations
The reed spot needs watching as fish go up to them. Spod onto your open water area with the bait.
