DreamLake 1, Herbies Hole

Topography
A lot of water to go at here with many spots to pick from. Depths range from 2 feet in the far margin to the far corner where you will find a depth of 4 feet. A sandy plateau is a feature in this swim with a depth of 4 feet over it and silt and gravel areas with 6 -7 feet of water over them. Watch out for the weed that surrounds these areas.

Hotspots/Distance/Direction
LHR to open water at 40 yds in 6 feet of water onto a silt covered gravel spot straight out in front.
MR into far corner opposite, approx 80 yds cast onto the margin where you have 2 feet or the sandy plateau where you have 4 feet depth. RHR towards the end whitish coloured peg where the margin can produce fish. This swim fishes best on a hard pushing S wind.

Tips/Observations
Keep an eye on all the areas for signs of visiting fish. If you don't see any fish after 2 or 3 days then I would consider a move to an area that has produced fish already.
