Topography
The spit comes into play yet again as a major feature. You will find 3 - 4 feet at 1yd off the spit which slopes off quite steeply to 7 feet. There are a number of 'fishy' spots in front of you with gravel and silt with weed in places. The fish love it! You will find 6 - 8 feet depending on the time of year.

Hotspots/Distance/Direction
LHR slightly to the left of the swim at 40yds onto gravel area - 6 feet depth.
MR fish 4yds out from the spit into 6 feet of water onto the clay/gravely bottom before the weed starts. Bait up from the spit for accuracy. RHR goes towards the "V" in the trees showing on the spit and needs to be 1-2yds off the spit in 3 feet of water. Again, onto the spit to bait up.

Tips/Observations
Bait all spots well and often. Try fishing the bait to the 40yds spot. Keep an eye on the spit to see if the fish are away from the spit or tight up to it.
