Large flat swim here with plenty of room. The average depth out in front of you here is 6 feet at distances of 20 to 50 yards. Most of the area in front is shallow silt over a gravel bottom. If no one is in the swim at the other side of lake then there is a gully at 70 yards, which drops down by 1 foot to a maximum depth of 7 feet.

The gully is silty and the fish do move along it as though it is a road and they can often be seen bubbling up at this distance.
