DreamLake 1, Beach

Topography
The best swim on the south bank. Again a maximum of 30 yard cast but fish come in very close at this swim. Looks straight at the spit up the bar. Fish do get caught in between the weed beds on top of the bar. The shelves, as the bar drops away, are great feeding areas. Depths are 4 feet on top of the bar and 5.5 feet at bottom of the slope.

Hotspots/Distance/Direction
Left rod must go to the base of the slope in the silt that has gathered there - 5.5 feet depth, bait up the slope all around your hookbait. You need to pick a spot for the middle rod in-between weed.
The right hand rod can be alternated between fishing on the bar to a clear spot and fishing on the slope. They all produce so the choice is yours.

Tips/Observations
Watch the fish as they move in. This is a swim big enough for 2 to fish. You can watch the fish "wave" at you. Keep quiet to catch the fish. Can produce a lump or three!
